What to Expect?

  3. Utilization of fat for energy usually by day 4(including cellulite)
  4. Improved energy and appetite control, reduced cravings.
  5. Improved blood sugar and cholesterol levels, reduced blood pressure.
  6. Women lose about 2-3 lbs per week; men lose 3-6 lbs. per week.

Mission Statement: Jennifer is not interested in quick weight loss as much as she is interested in your overall health. She is very committed to working with you to meet your goal weight, and giving you the lifelong knowledge you need to maintain your goal weight.

Miss. Jennifer Ashby has been extensively trained in medical weight loss. She has had excellent results with patients losing weight and maintaining their weight.

Jennifer wants you to understand that this is not a diet, it is a lifestyle change. Obesity is an epidemic. She is going to give you the tools, education, support and guidance you need to achieve your goals.

Once you have achieved your goals, if you feel you are losing focus and gaining weight, return to us for support. We are here to help you.

We have some rules, please read carefully.

  • Stick to the program. You must make an effort
  • Keep your appointment. We need to see you in order to monitor your progress. If you have questions please address at your appointment.
  • If you have any other issue you wish to address at your follow- up appointment other than weight, you will need to reschedule for another appointment. We try to provide timely service to everyone, so please do NOT try to combine weight loss visits with other questions for friends, family etc.
  • Appointment times are 30 minutes per visit. Any additional time will be charged.
  • Your weight loss program is designed for YOU and tailored for your individual needs. While on our program, please DO NOT research various weight loss programs on the internet or take advice from others who may have tried similar weight loss programs or are on this program. Doing so will only confuse you and hinder your progress.
  • All services are non- refundable.
